NEUWERK advises Fresenius Digital Technology on the outsourcing of large parts of its IT

Hamburg - NEUWERK has advised Fresenius Digital Technology (FDT) on the outsourcing of large parts of its IT to Capgemini.

Fresenius Digital Technology is the global IT service provider of Fresenius Group, providing IT competence and services for healthcare and pharmaceuticals around the world. FDT and Capgemini will jointly transform IT at Fresenius and drive digitalization forward.

The NEUWERK team advising Fresenius was being led by partner Börge Seeger and Associate Thomas Repka (both IP/IT and data protection), with support from partners Sebastian Naber (Employment law) and Kirsten Seeger (Corporate/M&A).
