NEUWERK advises Beiersdorf on acquisition of natural cosmetics label "STOP THE WATER"

Hamburg - The law firm NEUWERK has advised DAX-listed Beiersdorf on the acquisition of the natural cosmetics label STOP THE WATER WHILE USING ME!

STOP THE WATER WHILE USING ME! complements Beiersdorf's skin care portfolio in the natural cosmetics sector and supports Beiersdorf's sustainable orientation, but will continue to be managed independently. Joint sustainability initiatives are to be developed in close cooperation in the future.

The sellers are the family of company founder Stefan Kolle, who died in 2017, and Tarek Müller, founder of the fashion mail order company About You. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
